A bedroom is a place where we relax. Depending upon the age group normally bedrooms are categorized as master bedroom, teen bedroom, child/kid bedroom.
But a home building may also have a provision for a guest bedroom
in it. If the architect of the building has taken enough care
while designing the building, a guest bedroom is located on the
ground floor.
I have seen home designs where a guest bedroom is deliberately
located on ground floor and used as a income source by
giving the room o rent. This is common practice in crowded cities.
Because of its location on ground floor it is easy to
give a separate access to the space without disturbing the privacy
of the entire house.
Ideally a guest bedroom should have a good natural lighting and
ventilation. A good view of the surroundings from the window is
also appreciated. It is like treating the guest bedroom just
like the master one.
Good quality furniture with easy access to attached toilet block
is also strongly recommended. The most important aspect according
to me is cleanliness. Since a guest has a very limited time span
to spend in his bedroom, it is extremely important to take care of
hygiene. A room which is easy to clean and maintain is preferred.
A bedroom, which is too small in area, will have restrictions as far
as experimentations in design are considered. By experimentation
I mean trying different furniture layouts or decorating ideas will
be somewhat restricted.
A good example to study, is to start with bedrooms in large hotel.
All rooms in a hotel come under the category of “guest bedrooms”
The only difference is, we “pay” to stay there, which is not the
case with a bedroom in our home. The architect of the hotel
takes good care of providing natural sunlight and ventilation and
a good view of the surroundings. Thought now a days most hotel
rooms have air conditioners to artificially control the internal
environment, a provision for natural control is a must.
Use of dark colors can be avoided. You can always try to be a little
creative while designing the guest bedroom. The reason here is, the
guest is there at your place probably to have a change in his daily
routine life and if a room in YOUR home gives him such a nice
feeling of “change” then he might visit again the next month.
As mentioned before in most cases the guest bedroom is located
on the ground floor. This can be used creatively to provide an
access to the landscaped backyard or an open patio with informal
seating. The space must have a provision for sliding or
folding door shutters so that can be easily closed if required.
So the entire success of the guest bedroom design project lies
in finding out how the guest feels when he/she lives there. Was she
comfortable there. Did she find things easily. Even small things like
light and fan switches, water taps in bathrooms, wardrobe shutters,
door and window hinges etc.. must be kept in well maintained and
proper working condition for the guest. Small thing add up and can become a reason for uncomfortable environment for the guest. That’s
the meaning of the statement “easy to maintain” which I mentioned
above in this article.
I hope this article was informative to everyone.

This article simplifies the purchasing of a home by explaining it in three easy steps. These three easy steps break down the process of buying a home and make it smoother for you the home buyer and actually all parties in the process of home buying. The three steps are Pre Approval, Location, and Finding a Realtor. They should be followed in order but in a lot of cases the realtor already has a lender or the home purchaser already knows where they want to live before they know if they can afford it.
Pre-Approval:
This allows you to get an idea of how much your payments are going to be and how much of a home you can afford. There are many factors that affect those parameters the most important is credit score, DTI (Debt to Income) and Assets or how much money you have in the bank etc… for a down payment. For those people that have bad credit or a high DTI then you will want to get pre-approved now but might have to wait till your issues get cleared up before you can actually purchase a home. The key is not to be scared to try to get a home it doesn’t hurt to find out what you can afford and or to fix your credit. The worst thing to do is to wait until you need a home and then find out you can’t afford it due to credit issues.
Location:
Location is key. I’m sure you herd in the real estate world “Location-Location-Location” are the 3 most important things. When choosing a location there are different factors that come into play. One of the biggest is where you are in your life and proximity to the things you need. For example if you are married with kids you might look at the school districts, crime rates or proximity to super markets or stores. On the other hand if your not you might look for a location that is more up beat or fashionable to make a statement to other singles. Maybe you are a work-aholic and the proximity to your job could be your most important feature. Either way you should check out the location closely by asking local people about the area. The differences in price for an equally sized home in an uninviting area is dramaticly lower then the same thing some where else, so be careful of the bargain deal homes. Check the surrounding areas as well to do some comparison pricing.
Find A Realtor:
This shouldn’t be hard because they are all over the place. I have not noticed any particular difference in the different companies that are out their they all do pretty much the same thing. What I would look for in a realtor is there commitment to helping you the knowledge that they show of the area and home you are viewing. These are just a few of the many things you can expect from Realtors:
They will keep in close contact with the Lender making sure they are staying on schedule, not to default on the purchase contract.
They will make sure all required inspections are done.
They can even find buyers for your current residence.
They will work with Appraisers and make sure the value is there.
They will work with selling Agents to set up times for walk through.
All the time keeping contact with you through every step of the way answering any and all questions, so you don’t have any surprises. They get a good commission to make your life stress free during this process.

When choosing pearls there are a number of things to consider besides just the quality of the pearls. While there is no right or wrong way to chose pearls, here are a few tips you should consider.
Necklace Length - You can buy pearl necklaces in a number of different lengths. Generally speaking, shorter necklaces flatter long necks, while long necklaces are nice for smaller necks. The lengths and names are as follows.
Collar - 12-13″
Choker - 14-16″
Princess - 17-19″
Matinee - 20-25″
Opera - 26-36″
Rope - 37″ or longer
The most popular is the Princess length since it is a good length for both long and smaller necks.
Pearl Color - The pearl color does not affect the value of the pearl, instead it is completely in the eye of the beholder. Most people buy pearls that best match their skin tone. People with light skin usually buy white or pink pearls while people with darker skin tones tend to buy black or lavender pearls. In America, white pearls are the most popular, while in Asia, silver are the most sought after.
Pearl Sets - When buying pearl jewelry you should consider if you want an entire set, or just a certain piece. If for instance, you buy the necklace, and then later decide to buy the bracelet / earrings they may not match as well as if you had bought a set. Even if you buy the same size, and color, the style may not be the same. Some stores will allow you to buy the individual pieces of a set. So if you want to buy the other pieces at a later time, they will still match.

Full body massage can produce multiple benefits for your health. These benefits go far beyond an hour spent in relaxing quietly, escaping the day. An increasing amount of evidence indicates that stress and tension form the root causes of many diseases and illnesses. Hence, if you able to find ways to alleviate or relieve your stress, you are preventing health problems from emerging or becoming worse.
Going for a full body massage on a regular basis is one excellent way to help you fight off tensions. Full body massage stimulates the production of endorphins that promotes relaxation and drowsiness.
When you go for full body massage, your head to your toes and feet are massaged both front and back. A variety of strokes that includes kneading, pulling, wringing, hacking and gliding are used on various parts of the body.
If you are already ill or suffering from constant fatigue or pain, then full body massage can play a big part in your treatment. A full body massage helps to improve blood circulation and blood becomes more easily transportable to the vital organs in your body. This is vital for smooth functioning of your internal body parts. In addition, when blood is supplied to areas that have been injured before, repair and renewal of cells and tissues take place more easily. Combined with conventional medicine and other therapies, repeat sessions of full body massage can do much to accelerate your recovery.
Here are a few disorders that benefit from regular full body massage:
* Depression
* Infertility
* Eating disorders
* Post-operative recovery
* Autism
* Immune-suppressed systems
* Diabetes
* High blood pressure
* Sleep disorders
* Cancer related fatigue
* Low back pain
* Spinal cord injuries
When you choose full body massage, you choose a non-invasive procedure. In addition, full massage therapy, which is relatively safe, can be a complementary treatment to other medical treatments.
Other than improved blood circulation, here are other benefits that you can expect to experience from a full body massage.
* Stimulated lymph system
* Stimulated immune system
* Relaxed muscles
* Reduced cramps
* Increased flexibility
* Reduced recovery time
* Released endorphins
* Reduced post-operative scar tissue and edema
* Reduced migraine pain
* Improved range of motion
* Reduced depression
* Shortened labor and delivery in expectant mothers
As helpful as full body massage can be, those with certain illnesses should avoid the treatment. These include phlebitis, certain cancers, certain heart conditions, certain skin problems, and contagious diseases.
To be absolutely sure, check with your doctor first if you are chronically ill. Otherwise, enjoy on a regular basis!

Many people run small businesses and are looking to sell things online, but they run into a few problems now and again you see? This is normal and to be expected as well. Recently I have found an interesting way to get free publicity and increase Internet Traffic to a website.
By using an online article submission site you can write informative articles about your line of expertise and put your name at the bottom for a byline and it works. I just truly wish such websites were available when I was fully engaged in my company back then; that is to say what a resource this is and so often some writers cannot see it; it works.
When choosing an online article submission website pick one which is reputable. Recently a small businessperson who is an Interior Designer wrote some articles and had massive publicity from it. She had posted her results on a Blog and her name is Jeanette Joy Fishers and just look at some of here great publicity:
http://www.jeanettefisher.com/press_room.htm
I mean wow indeed she has totally maximized the online article submission websites to her advantage. You could do the same thing too, if you can write informative articles and put them online. Perhaps you should consider this in 2006.

Until 2000 the Canadian laws on fax advertising were not uniform across the country. It applied to some providers but not to all. Also prior to this it was not customer friendly; it was very confusing for the average consumer to understand what the rules were. When this new generalized rule came down there was also a ruling saying what the calling hours could be for proper calling times. The decision took into account each areas time zone.
Unsolicited fax advertisements are not enforced or punished by the government. They are enforced and punished through the media carrier. The national rules that have been set up are an agreement that was reached via the commissioner of the CRTC and the various telecom service providers in the country.
If a person is wishing to not have their fax number contacted for fax advertising they may place themselves on a voluntary do-not-call list. Their number will remain on the list for a period of three years. During the time that their number is on the list the companies do not call them out of choice. If they do choose to call a person that is on the list the violation of that can not be enforced by law though. That means if a person feels that they have been violated by the company then they are not able to sue. The do-not-call list is more like a gentlemen’s agreement than an actual strict law.
If a consumer is receiving these fax advertisements and they no longer wish to be, they can look on the fax advertisement for a way to contact the company to let them know that they no longer wish to be contacted.
Fax advertisements can be a wonderful tool for helping any business to get more costumers. However, customers prefer to be treated with respect. If they are not happy and feel that they are being bothered by a business in any type of way they will not be so kind as to spend their money there. Through fax advertising a solid business relationship can be either formed or destroyed depending upon how well the customer is treated through it. It is best for any business to abuse the media forms that they have at their fingertips. By following the general rules and guidelines set forth by the powers that be a company will portray the image of a responsible integrity based company that values their clients.

Many folks truly do not understand the differences between car polish, and car wax.
Within the context of this article, I will try and explain in simple terms, why I believe that you should POLISH your car/motorcycle, instead of waxing it. I will further try and point out some very valid reasons as to WHY I feel you are also much better off POLISHING your car/motorcycle with a product like Wizards Shine Master, which is a professional quality car/motorcycle polish, as opposed to waxing it. This particular product, is actually one of today’s best kept secrets.
The debate has raged on for many years, amongst professionals as well as amateurs, whether you should polish your car/motorcycle, and which car polish to use, or wax it. On any given day, you can visit one of thousands of car and or motorcycle enthusiasts web forums, and find a heated discussion with regards to this very subject. Well to be quite honest with you, some of the stances in these discussions I find rather amusing and misleading to say the very least.
Let’s take a further look.
When using a wax on your car’s paint, most people either apply it too light or too heavy, which can cause excessive streaking, and caking up of the wax. Many people also just keep applying wax to their car instead of taking the old wax off first. This also has a tendency to cause a buildup of wax, which can leave your ride’s paint looking terrible. My main beef with wax, is that is usually starts to yellow out after a while. This can lead to your car/motorcycle having a yellowish tint to its paint. Not good in my opinion. Many waxes also harden which does not allow the paint to breath properly, again, not a good thing.
The above are just a few of the reasons why I prefer Wizards detailing polishes, instead of any wax on the market. Many auto-body shops use this very product as a final detailing preparation, before releasing the recently repaired vehicle to the owner. Shine master actually seals the paint, but it also allows it to breathe properly. It is easy to apply and remove, and it leaves an unremarkable shine to your paint. It also protects and shines better than wax, without washing away. Many show car owners also use this polish for the reason that it works, and it works very well.

Please Note: It is not our job to stop you or anyone that buys
or sells fake LV. We just try to educate the consumer.
First of all remember that a handbag reflects your personality!
That’s why you need an authentic handbag that you will have
forever and be proud of.
First thing you have to see when you are about to bid on a
designer’s handbag is: Does the auction states and guarantees
that the handbag is authentic or full money bag? If not, you
should ask. Make sure you can get a full money back guarantee if
the handbag is found to be fake. Authentic handbag sellers don’t
mind guaranteeing full money back if the handbag is found to be
fake. They know their merchandise and they would not jeopardize
their reputation to make $50 extra on a fake. Be extremely
cautious if the seller has no feedback. The lower the seller’s
feedback the greater the risk you are taking in purchasing from
him/her. On the other hand, the higher the sellers’ positive
rating, the more likely you will at least get your money back if
the item is found to be fake. Does the seller offer multiples of
the same and/or new items at a very low price? Does the offer
sounds too good to be true? It might be. Some times the
merchandise is counterfeit, but the pictures might reflect
authentic merchandise. Check out how much are the other sellers
are selling the specific model. Is the seller you are buying
selling way too low? Be cautious. Does the seller have hidden
feedback? Some sellers hide their feedback after a negative
feedback left from a bad transaction. Why the seller hides
his/her feedback should make you think twice. The seller should
have his/her feedback available for buyers to see. This is what
differentiates sellers that work hard to keep satisfied clients,
and people that try to make quick money selling fakes. Are the
photographs in the auction taken from another website that is
selling authentic merchandise? Look for inconsistent pictures in
the listing. If the picture is taken from someone else, you
never know if you are receiving authentic or fake merchandise.
Further more; even the seller sometimes might not know that is
selling a fake. Be very cautious if the seller is very new and
holds a private auction. The seller should have a decent
feedback before choosing the option of private auction. If you
have even the smallest doubts ask for more photos. If you get
excuses from the seller and he/she is reluctant in providing
more photos, think twice. Also, if the seller provides you with
more photos, again look for consistency. Is there a date on the
photos? If so, were the photos taken the same day?
Remember: Always ask. The seller should always provide answers.
The seller wants you business. An honest and professional seller
will always reply with clarifications you might need. Does the
seller have negative feedback reflecting dissatisfied customers?
You don’t want to buy from someone that has many negatives. If
you do not feel comfortable do not buy because it is cheap. Even
if seller sells authentic merchandise, he might be selling
defective merchandise that could not otherwise sold in a
boutique. Check out this small but extremely important detail on
the picture: DO NOT BUY a Gucci, Prada, or Louis Vuitton if
there is a round tag hanging from the handbag. Those tags are
attached on the fakes. For more information on specific details
in distinguishing fake Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and
many other Designers handbags see our referral program below.

Jewelry is a broad term that describes any ornamental adornment on the body. It includes toe rings to tiaras and everything in between. Jewelry has been used in every culture throughout history and in many different ways. While in our culture today jewelry serves mostly an aesthetic purpose, jewelry can serve other functions as well. Jewelry is used to represent social or official rank, age, marital status, and tribal affinity. In addition, jewelry serves as emblems of religious, social, and political affiliation. In fact, one of the very first uses of jewelry was to show religious affiliation. The following are the main cultures that began the use of religious jewelry and the common symbols and uses of their jewelry.
Egyptian Religious Jewelry
Religious jewelry in Ancient Egypt was very symbolic. Some common symbols in Ancient Egyptian religious jewelry include the scarab (beetle), lotus, serpent, falcon, and the eye. The scarab is a symbol for good luck and resurrection while the “Eye of the Horus” represents healing. A common symbol of the time called the “Ankh” is meant to represent eternal life. Religious jewelry was extravagant, consisting of gold and semi-precious stones and were worn by men and women alike. When the Roman Era arrived, Egyptian religious jewelry was made of cheaper materials and more Christian symbols were used. When Islam arrived in Egypt men were forbidden to wear gold jewelry. At this time silver jewelry became more popular in religious jewelry in Egypt. Religious jewelry is still widely used in Egypt, but does not have the same extravagance as the Ancient Egyptian religious jewelry.
Roman Christianity and Religious Jewelry
Art and architecture thrived when St. Constantine Christianized the Roman Empire. At this time several popular symbols were created that are still used in Christian art and jewelry. These symbols include the cross, the rosary, and the Christian fish charm. The cross is a symbol of God’s love and a reminder of Christ’s suffering. Rosary beads are prayer beads that began in the Roman Christian world but are now used predominately by the Catholic Church (officially accepted by the Catholic Church during the rosary approbation in 1520). Rosary beads are also used in the Islam and Buddhist faith. The Christian fish charm came about when early Christians would make an acronym with the Greek word for fish, “ichthys,” Iesous Christos Theou Yios Soter (Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior). This symbol attracted less attention to the persecuted Christians. The Christian charm remains very popular today.
Native American Jewelry
Native American religious jewelry was a symbol for nature, played a role in religious ceremonies, and represented status. Natural materials were used in their jewelry including feathers along with minerals such as turquoise and metals like silver. These natural materials were a reminder of the Earth around them. During healing ceremonies and harvest rituals, the people would take care to wear specific kinds of religious jewelry that were the right color, made of the right materials, and representing the right symbol for that event. The jewelry that is worn by a person is representative of the different stages of life an individual has entered into. In several tribes adolescents are initiated into adulthood when they receive the spiritual totem consisting of shells, beads, or symbols from nature. Native American religious jewelry was also given to women after there first menses and to newly married couples. Religious jewelry has played a significant role in Native American culture.
Because our culture today uses jewelry mostly for decorative purposes we often forget the roots of jewelry and how, to some cultures, it can have a deeper spiritual meaning. Recognizing the importance of this religious jewelry in other cultures allows us to see the greater symbolic uses that jewelry can be used for.
